Below is all the Information you will need to become a vendor here at the Post Falls Public Market!

We accept vendors of all kinds, selling all kinds of items. The more interesting, the better!

However, we do have a few rules which you can find on our application that we request that you follow. Please make sure you read the application prior to reserving a spot to make sure it works for you and the items you plan to sell.

Do I need a license to sell?

Typically you do not need a license to sell your items at our flea market, however, we advise you to visit the City of Post Falls and Kootenai County websites to verify that you do not need a license for the items you plan to sell. If you plan to sell any food related items, please also visit the Panhandle Health website for any requirements they may have as well. Thank you!

Do I need a tax form?

Depending on the type of items you sell and how often you sell will determine if you need to fill out any Idaho or Federal tax forms for what you are selling at our market. Typically if you only sell once or twice you are exempt from this, but we suggest you visit the Idaho State Tax Commission website to find out if you are exempt from paying taxes. Their forms are easily found on their website. Thanks!
