Post Falls Public Market of Post Falls 

1) HOURS OF OPERATION:   

Vendor set up Hours:  Wednesday by arrangement and Thursday from 8 am to 10 am

Market Hours:  (Current Market Hours - Subject to Change During Summer and Holidays)  Thursday through Sunday from 10 am to 4pm

2) Rotating Spaces will be rented on a weekly, weekend or daily basis, with priority given to those wishing to rent for the week and daily booths placed on an infill basis.


3)  RENTAL RATES: Please see current rates on our website. Rates are discounted through the winter and slower months, but typically range from $60 to $100 per week or $20 to 25 per day

NOTE: As required by the city of Post Falls, there is an additional charge of $1.00 per day, per vendor for City Occupational License added to the both rent.

Rental payments are non-refundable.  Please visit our website to reserve your booth space. If you are unable to do so, please let us know ahead of time so we can assist you with that to make sure you have a space reserved when you get here.

4)  RESERVATIONS: All spaces must be reserved online before setting up.  Rent spaces must be paid by no later than 3:00 p.m. on the Sunday before that week's market and by the 1st of the month for permanent spaces.  Reservations can be made online at www.postfallspublicmarket.com.  Those paying late will be charged an additional $5.00 per booth.  No collections will be made at the booths.  Any reserved space that is not occupied by 9:00 a.m that morning and. will be considered vacant and available for rent.

All spaces not paid for by 3:00 p.m. on Sunday prior to that week's market or by the 1st for permanent, will be considered available for new vendors to rent for the following week or month. 

5)  Rotating Booth Spaces can be rented for up to two weeks in a row at a time. Anything longer will be considered long term or permanent and will need permission or be moved to a more permanent space in the market. If you wish to be considered for that please, let us know. 

6) Vendors on renting a rotating or daily space are responsible for manning their booth for the ENTIRE time they are there. If they can not be there, they must have someone there standing in for them at all times. We will not be responsible for selling your items or taking payments on items sold at your booth if you are not there. If you can not be there, you will need to remove your booth items. No refunds for space rental if you leave early. Make sure you have appropriate change on hand for cash buyers and a way to accept card payments if you choose to do so.

7) You will be assigned your area, but are responsible for bringing your own table, display items or shelving to fill your booth space area, we are not able to provide any tables etc We can provide power if you need it and access to WIFI. 

8) We also offer an area on our website to feature your booth space/ company name logo and items you are selling for an additional cost if interested. Please let us know                     

9)  SUBLETTING: No vendor may sublet part of his or her space to another vendor nor transfer their space to another vendor when they leave the market without prior permission from Post Falls Public Market. If your booth space remains vacant two consecutive weeks in a row, it will be considered "abandoned" and will be re-rented.                

10) TRASH: Each vendor should sweep his or her space to the aisle at the end of the day and must dispose of his/her own non "sweep-able" trash in the dumpster or garbage cans provided.  A $5.00 fee per space will be charged to any vendor who does not dispose of his/her trash or keep the booth swept and clean.  A $10.00 fee will also be charged to any vendor leaving trash, boxes, displays, etc. outside their door(s): plus, all said property will be disposed of. 

11) You will be assigned your booth area, please make sure you keep all your items you are selling within your booth space, unless you have prior permission to place or hang elsewhere in the market.

12) Each vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Post Falls Public Market from any kind of loss, cost or expense or any sort of nature.  Each vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Post Falls Public Market and its subsidiaries from any liability to any person on account of any damage to personal property resulting or occurring by reason of use and occupancy of space(s) by a vendor.  Including any liability arising from the sales of goods or services, or for any failure of a vendor to comply in any respect with or to perform any of the requirements and provisions of these operating rules and regulations.
